Paid $340 for a Puffco Proxy. I get home and the unit doesn''t power on. I call the store and they say all sales are final but they will refund my money because it is an unused item. I wasn''t able to make it in until the following week. I called to make sure they were still going to refund my money. I call before I make the 45 mile drive. They guy working texts the owner and I was told to go through Puffco and use the warranty process. YOU sold me a defunct product! Still debating on contacting BBB and Attorney General.
Fast, friendly, and affordable. If your worried about testing because of rec or medical they have cheap dependable solutions.
Went in to buy bunch of stuff apparently if you are married but you do not share the same last name you cannot use your wife''s card I will never be back to this out of date equipment ever again talk about loss of money and then I said I can put in my PIN and they said sometimes it ask other times it dont and he wouldn''t even try to let me put my pin in everything going digital obviously they''re machines are out of date and even though I could show him that I can log onto my joint bank account with my wife on my mobile app he still would not accept my card that place better get up-to-date and get their machines up-to-date if they surfing and having better service retroactive there''s better places better locations and better prices elsewhere save your time go elsewhere
To the owner of Retro Active- I would appreciate a response, I responded to your comments I received through Google, along with my email and a description of the day and event in question. I bought a torch lighter, I paid $37+ for this lighter. In the process of purchasing this lighter the sales clerk assured me that for as long as i own it if anything goes wrong with it that they would either replace it or they would fix it and give me a loaner until they were able to fix it. Well it hasn''t worked for a couple of months now. It lasted me a month maybe! I went to try to get it replaced or fixed at Retro Active today and they told me that there was nothing they could do for me and that the rules have changed due to new ownership or something! I don''t care if new owners or not I was told they would do 1 thing or the other if I was to buy this lighter. I do not recommend buying any of the torch lighters from these guys, they do not keep their words on replacing or fixing anything!
Caleb the manager left for over 20 minutes to go get food. When I tugged on the door to see if someone had come in the back door. He said I didn’t need to tug on the door that it was messed up already. He was rude and told I could go somewhere else.
