Staff is friendly and they always have everything you need for growing and smoking. I love grassroots!
LOVED this shop!!! LOVED Autumn! She was amazeballs, very knowledgeable and so very pleasant!!! The smaller quaint feeling Of the shop is exactly what This town needs!!! This shop has friendly staff, a great variety of goodies, and Is super clean!! This was my very first time in the store and I will definitely be back!!!
I loved the selection, customer service was fantastic.... My first Missouri dispensary....I don''t have to look for another one, I have found it...GRASS ROOTS! They even have two locations in Columbia! John Boreland and his wife are the most awesome people, Grass Roots is a definite must for your medicine!!!
Their phones don''t work which normally isn''t a big deal until you call and it hangs up so you drive across town just to find out they closed 3 hours before their listed time and it says that nowhere online. While I was out in the area again I was able to make it to the store just to find out that they don''t have it and the other store might but that store is 2x the distance of this one and they won''t pick up either. The phones haven''t worked for weeks either and they still haven''t fixed them. Idk what happened they use to put customers first.

I came in looking for a specific nicotine product that this store did not have. However, the worker (idk if he was an owner or employee) pointed me to a store that did have what I was looking for. I appreciated it 😊 If I ever need any products they do sell and I''m in the area, I''ll buy from them (which is highly likely as a 🌳 smoker myself) The dogs were friendly, too! 😁
