I have been coming here for a very long time and I have never had issues with anything that I have purchased here. Except for today! I usually go here for my smoke devices and unfortunately the device I had bought today was not functioning as it should when new, in fact the battery built into the device was nearly dead. Due policy every other smoke shop I’ve ever been too, offers for you to try your device to make sure it works before you leave the lot, which I did, and when I tried to exchange the device I was told they don’t do exchanges. Cool no biggie. You should probably look into it though just a heads up, that’s how you lose a lot of good paying customers, including me. What a shame!
The lady who was at the counter was chit chatting as I’m waiting to ask for a item. I ask for my item she asks for my ID. Like okay. Not a problem but when you don’t ask the customer before me or the customer after me, then that’s pretty annoying. She must’ve had a problem because I’m a POC. I don’t know what policies they have going on.
Lost about 100$ worth of business today because of poor customer service. I had to leave over the first words that came out the lady''s mouth. Understandable that there are rules but the way I was greeted was completely uncalled for. Just say hello not u have to do this or get out.
Great customer service and very nice employee. Great selection as well. They need to get a working phone though lol or answer the phone because it makes me not want to go in when I can''t call ahead and ask if they have something or when they clothes or anything. Other than trying to contact them it''s a great place
If I could give a negative score after my experience this morning I would!! The Lady working in the morning needs to be replaced asap! As I entered the store I was on a work call and walked up to the vape section and was looking at the selection while finishing my call when the clerk came up and asked what I wanted while I was in the middle of speaking during my conversation. I didn’t respond to her in what she considered a timely manner and walked away telling me “let me know when you’re ready since you’re just being rude on your phone” then as I proceeded to walk out after being disrespected by this representative of the store I let her know respectfully as I am a retail store manager myself that her customer service is very poor and she was working modded the rude one and that I would be taking my business else where, she then responded with “ yes leave and do t ever come back B*%&@?” Which thank you I never will return to your store again. Very very poor experience at this location and I really hope the owner corrects this!
