This is the best smoke shop in town. These guys are the best. I went in the other day and told the gal that works there that I was having issues with my mod. She told me to bring it in and she would take a look at it. I did and now it works as if it were brand new. I love this shop. They are the friendliest shop around. I recommend this shop to everyone for all ur vaping needs. Their prices are reasonable.
Prices are tooooooooo high and There''s a Young lady (early 20s) working there, who is very knowledgeable about the products they sell. The first time I went in there, I asked her for a vape product and she wrote it down and said she would talk to owner, but I told her it''s not very popular and it might not sell. It was nice she asked though. Not many people are good at customer service jobs now a days, but she''s very good at her job. Every now and then I''ve noticed another woman who is slightly older (in her 30s maybe 🤔) standing around in front of the counter ( I believe she is the owner). I''ve smiled at her but she didn''t respond. She always kept a very hard look on her face. Once there were a few customers and the young lady was doing her best to accommodate everyone. I noticed the owner standing in front of the counter towards the back wall just staring. You would think she would help out instead of just standing around and staring at the employee and customers as if someone is going to steal from her. I have a friend who lives in Kirkland and used to buy tobacco from the Kirkland store, but stopped because the prices were too high and the owner was really disrespectful to the customers. He said, "I said Hi to her once and she looked at me, but didn''t respond, so I said hi again (thinking she may not have heard me) and she did the same exact thing" 😂. Nice..... I stopped going in there. I''d rather pay less for a bag of tobacco. The good thing is, there are plenty of smoke shops in the area with lower prices and respectful owners. Too bad though, I was really hoping this place would be successful. But who knows... the people in this area may just strike it rich one day and not care about the prices aor whether or not the owner treats them with respect.
