I come in during open hours when the open sign is on but nobody is in the building and the door is locked. If you''re not open after 5 pm then change the posted business hours and turn the open sign off. Or just hire a more reliable employee that doesn''t abandon the store during business hours
Dependable place. Always good to check a few shops if trying to get the best deals, but most of their products seem to have competitive prices. Employees are friendly, Stephanie is a gem and always helps me find what I need - especially when it comes to recommendations for flavors (refills & disposables). This location is smaller than their nearby store on Casino Road, but less busy and still a good selection.
Nunu was great and very helpful. What I needed to get highly recommended she’s there all the time. The other employees are rude and make me feel like I don’t want come back but I do. Boss give her a raise thank you
Cat was the most amazing help I have ever received. Will be going there for all of my vaping needs. Love her love the smoke shop I will be telling all my friends about it.!! She has the know how to run the place and shes so spontaneously cool
Customer service is not number one here. Products are old and they are pricey for low bottom product. New manager just sits on her phone staring at fb or whatever she is doing. Doesn’t greet or invite you in. You can tell she doesn’t care. Stares at you void of any emotion. Who works in customer service if you don’t want to help people?! Antisocial wreck. Won’t be surprised if you loose employees over her. Only words I got out of her were my total if even that. I refuse to go to a store that treats me as a chore
