Going to vape shops can be overwhelming especially if you don''t know what you need or want. The owners know all of their products and then some. I always have concerns about the quality of a product especially something that I am going to have in my hand 19/7. The owners always help with information and finding the correct product whether it Be mods, coils, juice, disposables or what not. One of the largest selection of Juice and disposables around. I appreciate the owners knowing all of their products and helping making informed decisions. I always am treated as a valued customer and that is 80% of why I continue to frequent Smoke Town. The other 20% is because they always have what I want. The last time I was there which was around 6 weeks of the last visit, the woman owner asked a follow up question on my personal life that literally astonished me that she would remember me and my personal business. I attribute this to real customer service and satisfaction! A quality and skill many owners have forgotten; treat your customers like gold and they come back. It sounds like an easy and solid business plan however most businesses are not able to execute at Smoke Towns Level. Thank You Marysville Smoke Town!!! *****

The staff at smoke town were awesome they had something I thought I''d never find and really saved the day. They were super helpful and really nice.
Some of the bad reviews feel out of left field to me. My experiences at this place have never been anything more than stellar. I first went there because they have my coils, which are rather hard to find. But I keep going back for more than that. They have a wide selection of juices to choose from, some of which are also tough to source. Their prices are great and I''ve never had anything but amazing service. Everybody who works there is knowledgeable, kind, patient and friendly. I would and do highly recommend this place to anybody who vapes or smokes.
