Generally speaking Xhale City is a great smoke shop. This particular location however stains that reputation. Every time I visit this store, I am reminded that there is nothing but headaches waiting inside. On numerous occasions I have dealt with sub-par customer service, random closures, limited stock and arbitrarily enforced policies. I have never had the amount of issues with any store as I have with this location. Each time I visit hoping things would get better but they have not. It’s disheartening to have to drive to all the way to McDonough to have a location that actually keeps things in stock and seem more interested in customer satisfaction.
My husband went there on 10/6/2023 bought a box of some strawberry flavored wraps. He told the female that he didn''t want any old wraps. Had a whole conversation about old wraps stores sale him. That''s why he came there. Get home OLD WRAPS. $25 and he went back today 10/7/2023 they tell him nothing they can do about it. The manager standing right there with the same girl that sold them to him yesterday. That''s Bad business. He will not go back there.
Not sure of the young man’s (he has long blonde hair) name that helped me Saturday but he’s such a knowledgeable and respectful person! I did not feel rushed with making any purchase, and he was able to answer any question I had. He was working by himself and handled the influx of customers very well, especially the senior one. I will for sure be back to buy more.

You used to like the store, great people. They have somebody working there now. That is a real tool. was ready to ring out and inform me that I couldn''t get a pack of rolling papers because this. My girlfriend picked it out. Wow, what a huge crime. Too bad I really like that store. But not gonna see my ask there ever again
