I wish 0 stars was an option. This was one of the most horrible experiences I''ve ever encountered. Apparently, they hire anyone there. The store manager had an attitude from the moment I walked in he was very rude and nasty. I had never visited this store before and didn''t know this guy from a can of paint. "Mr. Evans" argued me down about what a flat wrap was. I''m not interested in doing business with companies whose employees lack professionalism and self-control. This company doesn''t have a corporate department to report concerns to, so pretty much any employee can behave anyway they want. Beware of this location and business because if one of their employees is having a bad day, you will surely become the punching bag for their temper tantrum.

On November 14th 2023 I decided to go into the cloud 9 smoke vape shop for the first time to buy some products for my hookah that was my first and last time going there the guy name Q claimed to be the manager he was very rude wanted to purchase the tips for my hookah they was selling them 50 for I think 4.99 but when I looked at the bag I could tell the bag was way short he told me if I count them and there not 50 then I could have them I declined because I didn''t want to cheat myself so I asked him could I count out 50 and get them for free because the bags was short he said no I offered you a offer you declined it the first time therefore the offer isn''t still on the table I said but the bag is short with him being so rude I went to the cashier and asked her could I could the bag I counted 3 bags which one had 20 something tips in it the other had 30 something and the last bag was 20 something I told the manager so y''all know the bags are short so y''all are cheating the customers he said you don''t have to buy them you can go somewhere else I stated if I wanted to go somewhere else I would have done so the cashier ask him can we get a bag and count out 50 he said no I said why not if its suppose to be 50 anyways then he walked over and said he wasn''t counting anything but if I wanted to count them then I could I said that''s rude of you to say I told him I didn''t ask him to count anything for me the fact that he is a manager with a bad attitude makes no sense I will never ever come back to this location because of that and I give them NO STARS be careful and count your hookah sticks Q stated that he knows every bag is short and he doesn''t count them out because they are shipped there like that I''m glad my husband or my sons weren''t with me and heard Q talking to me like that because things could have gotten ugly and out of control real quick some men DONT allow other men to talk to their wives in a disrespectful manner

Super friendly, and they also would spend as much time as they have to find what you’re looking for shout out to Chanel. The staff is always friendly.
