Me and my husband always shop here. The owners are really nice and super helpful. Definitely the most customer centered vape shop I’ve been too. They offer discounts and plus it’s black owned!
Shannon’s smoke shop is by far the “Best” Smoke Shop I’ve encountered.. The Ambiance itself draws you ,with ALL of its Unique and Classic Vintage pieces.. It is Quite the Experience !! The staff are friendly and very Responsive to your needs. The owners are very Down to Earth and accommodating!!! Please check them out, “The Best thang smoking” on the Southside!!!❤️❤️❤️
False advertising!!! They sell vapes that don’t last and you can’t get a refund unless you bring it back the same day you purchased. One of the vapes I had was 300 puffs and the other one was 2000 puffs. I bought them on a Saturday there is no humanly possible way for to be Thursday and I have no puffs left in either one.
Shannon’s Smoke Shop is an awesome place to shop they have a variety of everything the shop is very clean and the staff is very polite and professional and they greet you soon as you walk threw the door that’s a plus being acknowledged when you walk into a business and the staff knows about their products they will explain to you about the products and if you are looking for something particular and they don’t have it trust and believe they will order it for you that shows you that they are all about their customers and when you leave out Shannon’s Smoke Shop you gonna be very satisfied with great customer service and great products keep up the great work
This place is awesome. I am not a smoker, but I tell you this place has so much more to partake in. I purchased so many great items from here. They have merchandise like hookahs and air freshener. Apparels such as shirts, bags, socks and other things. The customer service was great. This man by the name of Luke helped me and he knew about all the products. You just don’t get that this day and time. I am now a loyal customer and will be returning. It’s a 5 Star for me.
