Very good customer service. The owner is very polite. This is the best smoke shop in Virginia. Unlike Tobacco Express, VA Mart sells REAL vapes that actually work.
This shop is consistently better then all the other smoke shops around Lynchburg. The prices are better and the quality is always superior. The employees are always very friendly and remember my order. It''s my usual spot now
