Owner lives at the store in the back and always closes the store at random times to go eat and take naps in the back. Has happened multiple times and feel it’s very unprofessional and creates a bad business rep.
My daughter bought a mod and vape juice but they neglected to tell her that the mods don’t come with batteries and that they do not sell batteries. Now I’ve purchased from here before and my mod came with a battery. Adding insult to injury she was told to go to Walgreens (they do not sell the battery she needs) or go to another vape store. I wish she would have gotten a refund before she left the store and given her business to a more competent store. I have sent countless people to this store based of an experience I’ve had a couple of years ago. I’m now finding out that this store is selling fake merchandise and not disclosing that they don’t sell batteries. I hope they get shut down for selling fake products that could potentially make people sick. I myself am making a formal complaint to star officials.
