Sold me a product that didn''t work and then told me I couldn''t return it because it was used...I explained it was used ONE time, which is how I found out it didn''t work. Still refused to let me exchange my product or get a refund. Crooked business. Don''t recommend going there if you want quality service or products that work properly.

Went in just to get a titanium nail; the guy was so helpful and knowledgeable that I ended up walking out with a smoking lamp, adapter, ceramic piece, nail and a couple extra accessories. They had everything I could have needed/wanted and more. Customer service is A+ number 1 and the deals are crazy!

Every single vape product here is fake. The owner buys the fake ones because they are cheaper. Even the lady who works there said she had to open six vapes (the same kind) to finally find one that “kinda works”. I’ve exchanged my same vape multiple times before I got one that works, but still tastes burnt.

Great place but can''t give five stars because here I am sitting next to store for almost a hour. Store was supposed to open at nine today. It''s almost ten o''clock. Today''s date is 2/17/18.
