Rude & lack of customer service skills. You will regret doing business with them. After that deeply regretted experience. I drove straight to SMOKE RINGS for my first time visiting. Customer service alone was amazing and they are very knowledgeable with their products
Sold me a vape on Friday. Vape doesn''t charge. Apparently they have no policy in place to exchange defective merchandise. The policy wasn''t explained before I left the store and there''s no way to check if it charges before you leave.
