I frequently shop at the Octopus Garden in Weaverville and on Merrimon Ave, so I decided that while I was in the area on Friday that I would bring my parents into the shop for some supplies. To say that the girl helping that day was rude, would be an understatement. Fist of all, she had no idea what she was when it came to the products in the store. When my mom and dad had questions, her lack of knowledge became very apparent because she got defensive. The experience at this location was enough to make me not shop with this business again. I hope it was just a bad day on her, but I definitely won''t be coming to this location again.
From Ohio. Was just stopping through on my way home from Florida. This smoke shop is beautiful. It has so many unique pieces, friendly staff, and good prices for boxed incense. Will definitely stop back when I''m in the area!
Person behind the counter was fantastic, very sweet and even kept bf parents entertained while they waited for us. Also forward with any thoughts or concerns when picking a piece, hope to make it back soon!
Steve who works at the Coxe Avenue store hands down has provided me with some of the nicest, knowledgeable down to earth customer service I have ever received just about anywhere. I highly recommend this store. All locations everyone usually are extremely kind and try to help you as much as possible .
Very grateful for Steve at this Octopus Garden location, which is now the closest to my home! He’s almost always there and always super friendly, happy, helpful, and attentive. He keeps me up to date on the latest products and has great taste in Horror Movies! Absolutely the nicest OP employee I’ve event encountered! Thank you, Steve!!! 🙏
