I’m late on this review. But that is how much I’ve been enjoying this new piece. I read the reviews on this place before stopping in and I think most of the negative reviews are left are probably pretty inaccurate. I travel a lot, home base in CO. I see a lot of shops. High Life is immaculate. It’s very clean, open and spacious. I was almost immediately greeted by Jay who walked across the store to greet me timely. His first suggestion was the only one needed. I told him a basic description of what I was looking for and he knew better what I wanted and needed than I did. This piece is incredible and fits all my current needs PERFECTLY. I would 6 star this experience if possible. The quality, price, service all knocked out the ballpark. Thanks High Life EDIT. I didn’t get a discount for this review. I wasn’t offered one and I didn’t expect one. I was content with the price for service and products I received.
Very friendly staff, great overall selections. Admittedly didn''t get to spend as much time interacting with the staff as much as I would have liked to but everything was on the up and up and they let me tell my lame dad jokes with chuckles!
It appears as high life Asheville is selling the wrong pods to their customers. Either they are just incompetent and don’t know what their products are or they are purposely selling you whatever they want. Either way, when I went in to exchange my item sold to me incorrectly today was met with a harshly rude woman that said she was the manager. I tried to show her the difference in the pods I was sold & the pod that I currently had in my vape but she wouldn’t pay attention because she was already “right” in her mind. Apparently it’s my fault their employee sold me the wrong product. Things have gone way downhill since Frank left. Won’t be back
Wonderful selection and staff. Came in for a few disposable vapes. The staff was very knowledgeable and had great customer service skills. As for the vapes, they had a great selection at good prices. Cheaper than any place I’ve been to in the area. There was also plenty of vape mods/juice. As well as delta, trays, grinder and other “paraphernalia” for all smokers. Definitely go check this place out if you can.
They have a beautiful store, its usually pretty clean. Most of the staff is pretty good. They''re glass of my opinion is just a little overpriced.
