So we decided to come to this place last minute. There’s no regrets for a bit. The woman at the counter was super knowledgeable and friendly. They have a great selection of everything. To merch, to vapes, cbd. This place is the spot. Also join their rewards program, you won’t be disappointed!

  • Not bad but also not great. The selection is OK but they often lack alternatives within a category. I went specifically seeking an alternative to one I had purchased at this shop recently. The model of pen has a design flaw in the charger so I wanted to explore alternatives. I ended up getting a 2nd version of what I had and a competitor''s model. The CM broke before I could use it. Now obviously this isn''t the store''s fault. But I was not pleased at the prospect of having to deal with warranty stuff before I had used the unit even one time. I called and spoke to the person who sold me the units. The FIRST thing she did was remind/scold me for not taking her recommendation on the superior brand (keep in mind, I did actually buy one of those too). Then after she agreed to swap out a part for me to save me the warranty issues. she told me I had to pick a different day to come to the store. Not because they aren''t open but because of I don''t even know. It''s almost an hour drive for me. I don''t have a different day. And if we''re just swapping parts, leave the part with a note for whoever is working. I don''t see what''s so hard about this. So at this point I am just going to accept the dud unit, and maybe deal with the OEM warranty and maybe not. However I won''t be back to a store where I''m scolded over buying an item they sell, especially when I am also buying the one recommended. And the disorganization over swapping out a part is off-putting to say the least. I''ve had much better luck at other OG locations over the years. I''ll stick with them in the future. I am in no way blaming the retailer for the issue with my unit - it was in a sealed box. It was how they handled it I don''t care for.
