Stopped by to get some disposable vapes and one of them burnt out on me way before the end of its life expectancy. Donovan dealt with me and my refund/exchange and I couldn’t have been happier because he made it so easy for me. Tysm, amazing shop and amazing employees. 👌👌👌
Being accused of lying about being a student and forced to go back out to my car and get my phone for my student discount was so rude and unnecessary. I’ve been buying my vapes from here for almost three years weekly and regularly talk about school. A few of the staff ask if I’ve gotten into medical school yet and know I work at the hospital and go to school full time. The new manager is a rude tyrant. Avoid if you can because the disrespect and implication of lying is too much . Amanda says i will have to prove myself a student every single purchase. Disgusting customer service also. She definitely lost her store hundreds a month because I buy vapes all the time. ✌🏼
