  I’ve been going to this shop regularly for years now, and had countless interactions with the owner/manager (who are great!), but after my interaction with their employee tonight I will not be going back. I walked in to a young girl who rolled her eyes and then sat impatiently while I struggled to read the small packaging on the shelf (not once offering me a menu to make it easier) and then proceeded to hassle me about not being able to use my points on my purchase. I had only asked a question about the points, I wasn’t pushing to use them. I was kind and never once argued, but the attitude she gave was VERY uncalled for and left a bad taste in my mouth. This shop doesn’t care about its customers if they let their employees treat us this way.

  Was excited to find the cheapest elf bars in the area. Was disappointed when I bought two and both spit in my mouth and auto fired until I thought they were gonna explode. Then I got curious and compared boxes to my real ones and turned out to be fake. Takes you to a sketchy website Eldbar.com not elfbar.com if you inspect the authentication label it is also fake and missing security things. 50$ down the drain...

  Went in for Cigars, understandably low on stock after the holiday. Bought 4 Olivia 0, 2 unsmokable they where dry and crumbled after being taken out of the humidor 2 hours prior to smoking. Other two Smokable, but also dry.

  It would be REALLY awesome if they would learn how to answer their phone. Due to covid, I''m not trying to go all the way there if I don''t whether they have the item I want in stock or not. I''ve called several times over the course of 2 days and at this point I''m going to a different store that ANSWERED THEIR PHONE THE FIRST TIME. Just because Gj has good prices, doesn''t mean they have good customer service unfortunately. You get what you pay for.
