This is a $20 torch that worked for 2 days. I am not upset that I bought a $20 torch. Stupid enough I can''t return it. I was not offered a receipt. After I inquired about their exchange policy. Had I not been distracted by a weird customer with stupid questions, I would have thought about getting one. This is the 3rd torch I have purchased from this smoke shop and broke in the first 30 days. If you can''t guarantee the quality of the products you sell in your store. Then you should at least offer a receipt to all of your customers. Also, honor the return without hassle. I will avoid returning to this overly expensive store and go to Springfield before returning.

Tried multiple times now to stop by after work, and they were closed just before 8 pm. Google and the sign on their door say they are open until 9 pm. Please update your hours so people know or have your staff stay until closing time.
