Phenomenal service! Dave remembers all of his customers and he cares about everyone. He makes sure you like the flavors you got and has an amazing variety. He knows all his mods and even custom orders them if he does not have the one you were looking for. I will never go to a different shop!

So, while I have received excellent customer service over the last few years here, the shop’s ability to open on time is not great. I have been here multiple times at opening to have no one around. It’s currently 10 mins past when the store was supposed to be open and there is no one in sight.

It''s a small shop, but I like the cozy feeling that it''s a shop owned by a person, not a front for some corporate monster. The clerk who I presume is the owner was helpful and also he can modify the flavors if you want. I didn''t have a ton of cash so I only got a 10ml bottle and a new coil. Nice shop if you want custom flavors.

Really superior service from David. There was a glitch between my new battery and old tank/collar and he wouldn''t let it go until he figured our the problem. New rig is perfect, thank you!

Just picked up a bottle of gummi bear from the owner, very nice guy and very helpful. He was in the middle of something else and stopped to help me which really impressed me. I was loyal to Emerald but I think he made a traitor out of me!
