Associate convinced me to buy a different product than the one I originally wanted, went home and stopped working after about 3 hours. Went back the next day to the same associate who wanted to give me a refund/exchange but her boss said no, even though she vouched for me. I even asked if I could get a discount and was still told no. Only putting 2 stars because the associate was super nice.

Amazing selection and exceptional service. I always look forward to coming back for coils, juice and more. The manager does an awesome job of keeping great stock. I wish I could give more stars.

Bought 2 vapes which cost me $45. Checked one of them before leaving the store and it was leaking juice so I replaced it just to find out it was also leaking but I figured I’d just wipe it and use it but I ended up throwing it away because it pretty quickly burnt. The second one was also leaking which I didn’t check but it also spurted juice when I hit it. When I called them I was told “no return or exchange” so they just lost a long time customer. Don’t give these people your business they’re constantly out of stock and they have potentially off brand vapes.
