Very knowledgeable and helpful staff! Super laid back & professional with customers, which is not always the case in some vape shops. Any questions are welcomed no matter how simple. Always a pleasure to see the unique accessories at the Wellborn location.

The guy who works there with shoulder length hair is downright obnoxious. Your sarcastic responses are not appreciated. Please serve your customers better.

I refuse to shop anywhere else. Anna worked with me for weeks on a special order. I ordered ten bottles of my favorite juice Sopapilla Cheesecake!! She kept me updated through text and I could tell she REALLY cared. I have never had anyone go above and beyond the way Anna did! This is a wonderful establishment that is built on customer service! Thank you Anna and Ethan for being on top of this and making me feel like your number one customer. I will not shop any where else!!

The store manager is incredible and works really hard. I had to change my review because that was based off one instance, overall this place has the best prices and best selection. I highly reccomend.
