This location is my all-time favorite. The whole vibe from when you walk in the door until you leave is a positive. I always have a lot of questions and every single member of their staff is able to help me out by thoroughly answering the questions I have, in a very effective way. When it comes to repeat business, the knowledge given is really important to me. I don’t mind spending money but knowing the breakdown of what I’m buying and how it will help me, is where the value is built. They do an incredible job. I highly recommend this location.
The best return policies I''ve ever seen on smoke shops! Great customer service. They beat everyone on prices with their bogo sales and they truly aim to be the best! Forgot the names lol but those 2 guys on AM 8/04/23 are a great team!
Cali was an amazing help. I found everything I wanted. She is very knowledgeable in her job, and she is such a sweet soul. 10/10 recommend. I wish more smoke shop workers had her attitude and manners
Generally, I have good experiences in this store, and my friends and I shop here exclusively for what we need. However, I''ll be frequenting the other location from now on; my friend and I were treated very rudely by a staff member here. Frankly, if he had been more polite about getting what I needed from the back of the store, I probably would''ve invested a little more money into this visit. Instead, he treated me like I was stupid and didn''t know what I was talking about, even though I knew exactly what I wanted. Didn''t get a name, but he seemed irritated with me, and threw both products I was buying down onto the counter without offering a receipt. Normally, I have great experiences here and I''d love to come back to this location (closer to me than the Holleman store) but I don''t appreciate being treated like an idiot.

This is my favorite smoke shop ever! The staff is phenomenal, including the manager Vanessa. I never go anywhere else because this place has the best selection and prices I''ve found, and the service is amazing. Everyone is incredibly knowledgeable, and can help you find whatever you need.
