    Not VERY easy to find kind hearted and friendly people working ANYWHERE these days! ESPECIALLY in DTLA! Today I had the pleasure of meeting Andrew and Cynthia. Both of them are warm and welcoming. I had a few questions and even though I didn''t buy anything they were professional and informative. All this WITHOUT giving me ANY attitude or makikg me feel like I was WASTING their time! Meant A LOT, as energy is SUPER IMPORTANT to me! They even told me to come back if I had any more questions or needed anything else. I REALLY APPRECIATE the gesture! The place is CLEAN and impressive. The prices are comparable to other smoke shops in the area. HOWEVER, they have a MUCH LARGER selection than MOST shops! Hit them up if you''re ever in DTLA. The spot is CONVENIENTLY located near WHOLE FOODS and BOBA TIME.

    Great selection of juices and vape supplies, AND it’s a smoke shop too?! So happy I found this place! They had my favorite brand of e-juice too - Vapetasia! Plus, after I walked out of the shop to fill my pod mod, I got about halfway down the block before I realized I didn’t have it on me. I must have left it on the counter. My head whipped back toward the shop, and before my feet could follow, I noticed one of the cool chicks who works there had actually ran out to come hand it to me! So they are super kind people to top it all off :) I’ll be back for sure! Just remember to bring cash ;)

    I''m a big fan of this place but one things they fail to do is help out the regulars. I bought a vape and its hitting on it own to where I feel unsafe hitting it and then I tried calling to exchange it or to get help and they didn''t even care. Mind you the vape has a battery percentage and a juice monitor and both are full so it''s even more proof im not trying to get one up on anyone I just want my money''s worth. Sucks I''m gonna have to find a new place that does help out the customer to ensure the best possible experience.

    Unfortunately I didn’t get the gentleman’s name but he made an excellent suggestion for vapes to me - a person who knows very little about them. He answered all my questions and gave me his honest opinion.The prices were even better than I prepared for. It’s been a couple of weeks and I’m incredibly happy with my ‘Lookah Snail’. I look forward to my next purchase.

    Two for three in leaving this store feeling disrespected in a customer service experience. The vape I purchased had a cartridge that was not registering with the vape as functional. Once I found out, in my car, I returned to the store to have it fixed. Since I left the store, apparently, it’s the manufacturer that I need to take this up with. The best she could do was give me $2 off a two pack of the cartridges. I tipped 3X that on the defective product sale. Couldn’t even give me a cartridge replacement.
