Silver lake smoke shop is my primary go to place! Arsen is such great help as he referred some great quality products that we tried and really enjoyed. We always recommend this place to anyone who has needs for a smoke shop.
Zero customer service. The guy at the counter took offence when I asked for help. I got the impression I shouldn''t be in there, wasting his time, if I didn''t already know exactly what I wanted. Pathetic.
Bought two products from this place tested them IN THE STORE both were busted and the merchant refused give me a different one. So bad so bad.
Didn’t get my refund after placing an online order
