  I am 21 and wanted to go into my first smoke shop (I was born in EARLY March and it is now nearing the end of April). Employees are unable to read IDs, and when I asked them to just scan it to verify in their machine that I''m over 21 they were incredibly rude to me. I make 300 dollars a day, I am 21, and I simply wanted to purchase a vape or disposable. I was ready to be talked into buying my first mod. Thanks for the hospitality! They would not stop being condescending because my ID has not expired yet, hence still vertical though says right on it "under 21 Until" my birth date, which is in the past from this day. Please hire individuals who are not so tweaked out they are unable to read numbers. It is embarrassing.

  Will not accept returns for butane lighters that are bought sealed in a box wrapped in plastic in there store with a receipt for original purchase not even a week prior, without managers approval. Told us manager would be working mon thru Friday 8 to noon, made a trip this morning just to see the manager only to be told she wouldn''t be in as she''s on medical leave. Beyond mad and unfortunately they will never have any business from me and my family especially after being lied to last night and wasting my time and money to return this morning.

  The guy behind the counter I think he maybe was the owner or really loved his job was awesome. Very knowledgeable and very friendly. Great product selection. We were on a road trip to Seattle and stopped in off the 5 after getting some Dutch brothers.
