We take the drive across town for this location in particular because they are customer friendly and willing to assist. Customer Service is a big deal.
The owner of the store is very bad and disrespectful. I asked him for a certain thing and he lied to me and gave me something else. When I bought it and when I gave it to my family, they saw it and said it was not what I asked for. I went back to him to return it to him. He was screaming and kicking me out, and I told him I wanted the same thing I asked from him or he would return my money to me. He was a person. disrespectable
Right as I walked in I was greeted by Moe. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. A very clean store and will be making future purchases. Thanks guys.
The Kratom is not good. It may be the worst I''ve ever had. Package says its organic, I''d like to see proof of that. Tried finding the company website and it doesn''t exist.

I purchased this grinder less than a week ago and it is broken. The glue is old and the grinder is broken. I came back in the store to ask for a grinder that works and was told that I have to go through the warranty this grinder is $60!!!! And no warranty information was given at the time of purchase. So how am I supposed to get reimbursed from my $60 loss. I understand policy but I spent over $100 and a return customer…. I have emailed and called no response
