Carytown just completed an amazing renovation, expanding the humidor cigar room. And added sooo many more products. Beautiful job to Matt and staff. Speaking of the crew, they are as good as their boss. Matt, the proprietor is the nicest dude you will meet. He does have a propensity to gamble on teams, so go easy on him and just buy more stuff. We''ll done, laddie, and crew. Love this place. Enjoy!
The young men running that store are amazing. They are always very attentive and full of knowledge about all the products. I have been very satisfied everytime and they will continue to get my business.
Be warned. This story has a distinct lack of customer service. The few times I''ve been there they were beyond rude, and dismissive. They have a huge selection of products but their prices are outrageous. The last time I went in to this store, I was all together ignored for quite a quite, despite being the only customer in the store. When the clerk finally came out to help me, he had an attitude like he couldn''t be bothered to make a sale and do his job. I took my business elsewhere, and highly encourage you to do the same.
Always professional not boastful to deny you your needs like other dispensarys.

This was my second visit to this location and that is due to an associate named Jinsey. I went into this location with very little knowledge regarding cigars and was helped by Jinsey (man I hope I spelled her name properly !). Not only was she and helpful, she was also very in tune with my purpose for visiting which was to buy a special cigar for a hospice patient. She listened and picked out the absolute perfect thing for me to present to the patient. My purpose for the second was simply to pick up another one and I was hoping she would be there so I could tell her how great the experience was for me and that patient. Jinsey, thank you for helping an old soul bless someone! If given the chance to visit one of these locations I would encourage you to go to this one if for no other reason than to experience the customer service that I received. Top notch and stellar!
