  Satisfied with my experience at Carytown Tobacco. I was helped by a guy named Chris. Him and his coworker (who''s name I didn''t catch) gave me good insight on a wide range of glass products and accessories. I recommend this store. These fellas was very knowledgeable and professional. I was even offered discounts.

  The best tobacco shop on the east coast! Carytown Tobacco in the heart of Carytown has the BEST glass selection to choose from and the most helpful employees I’ve ever had in any vape shop. Would recommend to anyone! GO GO GO!!

  My go to spot since they opened their first locations for all of my smoking devices and accessories, vape mods and ejuice selection, kratom, CBD and delta products, knowledgeable helpful and friendly staff, and most importantly reliable stock and accommodating store hours up to 10pm. As an almost 20 year smoker who started out with only Kultures or katra gala, though they do still deserve consideration.. I endorse Carytown Tobacco for their quality and selection for all things related in the Richmond area.

  I usually have come here, I’ve bought here most employees are very down to earth, they are good people, they understand people from all walks of life, let you choose and pick, but I came here a week ago and I had the most disappointing experience, I was buying my regular purchases, a employee tried to steal from me, then he said he would not let me buy, even though I’ve bought from this gentleman my many items, I bought a vape and i ussally come here to buy my coils, juices, vapes. Many people here are very nice they don’t give you any hassle (why would I get hassle if I’m a regular costumer), I will be switching over to buying my things online, it’s sad me I thought I found the place I was accepted in and could rely on for my vaping needs. The gentleman was also on the phone flirting with a lady very unprofessional

  I was waiting for a reservation near by and decided to pop my head in here. This store was extremely inviting and had a massive selection. The staff was super helpful in answering all my questions.This is definitely gonna become my go to shop in Carytown.
