I wasn’t trying to say anything but I prefer mlk location over here. I barely got service then I’m asking questions that if you selling the products you should know something about them or what sells more, but no just no effort, energy or nun. If you don’t feel like being at work just don’t show if this the performance you gone give. Maybe not a good day but as ex manager and tender when you first to talk to you set the tone to sell the product overall. I know I won’t be back to this location westside the best side!!
I love this place the beautiful lady with the dreads knows my order when I arrive and they always have the exclusive vegan wraps and my favourite Gogi Natty keep up the great work worth the drive from Fairburn.
I usually don’t leave bad reviews but I have to. I’m not sure who the brown skinned lady with the long dreadlocks are but she is extremely rude. She seemed so irritated when I asked her about a few juices. Everything was I don’t know. I don’t know. I asked her what was the flavors on certain juice and said they don’t put the flavor on the bottle. She didn’t even pick the bottle up to check. She never made eye contact and seem irritated that I was trying to decide. This the second time I came here and she was rude. If you are gonna work in a vape shop at least know more about your product or at least fake it. I don’t know is an unacceptable response. I only start coming here because it looks black owned. When I went to white vape shops they always had answers for any questions I had. She even took a phone call while I was talking to her and she was rude to them to. Her favorite word seem to be I don’t know. Very haughty and rude. And by the way, the flavors was listed on the back of the bottle! I checked after I purchased it. Not sure I’ll be back.
Efficient and very friendly. If they don''t have a product I''m seeking they''ll give a true projection of when I can come back. Staff is knowledgeable and welcoming. BLACK OWNED BUSINESS!!! So grateful they''re in UC

Bad business and bad customer service experience. The darker lady that works in the morning wouldn''t take back the expired vape juice that they sell. And when I showed her that the rest of the products on the shelf had expired as well she left them on the shelve. I didn''t have my receipts from a week ago to prove I purchased the vape juice but my bank statement provided the date time and location and she still wouldn''t at least make this situation right. I didn''t want a refund I wanted more vape juice and for her to remove old products off the shelves. I didn''t think that was to much to ask since I''ve been a customer several times before. 😕 very unsatisfied customer I still bought more juice just to make a point to her. She is WRONG!
