Excellent service overall! Carla greeted us with a smile and positive attitude, recommended us some new vapes and was very friendly throughout! Definitely deserves a 5 star rating! Will be coming back again to this shop from now on and will recommend it to anyone and everyone I know.

I recentlyvhad left a poor review due to an employee not giving me all the items that were suppose to come with my purchase of the Ooze Cranium. I got a reply on here from someone from the company stating they wanted to right their wrong. After multiple attempts of me emailing and have gotten no response I have decided it''s time to repost my experience!!!! I am rarely able to answer my phone due to dealing with a family tragedy. Anyway, there were multiple items missing from my purchase and I fel like they keep the extras to sell to make more money. I am not sure why I am unable to ger in touch with anyone to find out when I can pick up the stuff or who I need to talk to. So I am resharing my bad experience.

Any time I come here during the day, I get decent service. I came here early in the morning and the clerk that''s supposed to be on duty was in the back, asleep. Someone needs to notify corporate that their employees are sleeping on the job during the graveyard shift.
