  Bought a banger and it instantly broke with heat. I had a temperature gauge and the banger was barely hot and itexploded everywhere. The manager was rude stating he would not replace the product despite the fact he told me over the phone he would work with me. Definitely recommend finding a better smoke shop.

  I asked way too many questions and dude was very patient and took the time to help me find what I needed. After he had helped me, I realized it was his shift end as he was saying good night to 2 fellow employees. I would have never known he was about to be off work because he spent the time to help me and was very courteous. Most people tend to give bad customer service in the last 15 minutes of their scheduled shift. I didn''t catch his name I appologize. I am very happy with the terp slurper and Evolve Plus XL that I purchased as well.
