  My daughter bought her father 2 rolls of Kayak stuff for Fathers Day. Grape roll was fine, however the fine cut natural was dry as dirt. I tried to kindly & politely return it/ exchange it. I have never been treated so ugly. While leaving I asked for a card & the manager’s name. She refused to speak. I called her the wrong name & she got mouthy. My husband went back in. He thought maybe if he explained the other 8 can we’re unopened we could exchange them. He was told that was not their policy & told to leave the store they didn’t need our business. We have gotten bad snuff before, it happens but people always exchange it knowing the tobacco rep will take care of it. Old tobacco happens but the way we were treated should NOT! However if they did their inventory right & check dates this horrible experience would not have happened!!!! ( there was also a gentleman behind the counter that did not work there/ that’s weird with 2 ladies working) We took our business to another store & they gladly made an exchange for fresh/in date snuff!!!

  "Closes at 11 pm" the door is locked at 9pm, someone is sweeping the floor. I needed help with my nicotine fix. COVID is over. Open your doors and let us back into the World.

  Loveeee this place! They have great service, great selection, and best prices i’ve seen in town. Their products are always good! they’ve also been very good at accommodating if there is an issue!! 10/10

  11/16/22 2200h I walked into the store and was told by their employee that they were closed. I said sorry, I thought they closed at 2300h. Employee says they do but she’s been there since 8. I was confused by her statement so I asked her to clarify why they were closing early. She said her manager said she could. I asked for the managers name, she said JT and that Moe the owner was the one who said she could close early and then she rolled her eyes at me. At that point her body language and the eye rolling was completely unnecessary so I told her she didn’t have to be rude cause I was just asking since I’m always a regular customer when I come in town and every night I come, its always closed at 11. She said she wasn’t being rude then rolled her eyes again at me so I told her that her rolling her eyes is extremely rude. Then she stated “I can be rude to you if you want me to”. Very unprofessional, ignorant and immature behavior. Would love to speak with a manager regarding this.

  One of the BEST smoke shops I’ve ever stepped into. Not only does it smell so clean in the shop, the service is amazing. The staff is so attentive and the boss is actually a funny, friendly guy as well! Carmen is usually the one i run into, and she such a great sales person. She always going to make me leave when more than i intended too! 5/5??? more like 11/10!!!
