  I absolutely love this place!! Every time I come there the staff is always super friendly and so helpful. I would definitely say for the inexperienced individual needing the right glass smokeware, but doesn''t know what they want, and need the guidance in the right direction should definitely come by the shop hands down!

  I''ve only been here two times. However both times I had different people help me, one male and one female, both were very nice and they answered any questions I had. The last time I went in and it was close to closing time. I didn''t know that, but the lady who helped me didn''t seem annoyed that I was there and asking questions. Great service

  Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Short blonde girl was rude and standoffish from the moment we walked in the door. Seemed like she was looking for a confrontation. I’ll be buying my incense and my glassware elsewhere and I recommend you do the same. This is the south hospitality is everything.

  Absolutely the rudest person I have ever came across. She didn''t want to get off her Snapchat to bother with helping me and when she finally did it was bc I called the shop number while I was standing right in front of her and asked her if she minded helping me out with getting what I needed.
