The manager Thomas is awesome!! So friendly and knowledgeable. I watched him interact with several customers... very professional.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff
Super chill spot pretty good selection of pipes and bongs. staff is chill and helpful always down to chat and give some helpful advice. On the down side they are pricey and the spot can be hard to see if you dont know what you looking for.

Hadn''t been to this shop before but was a customer of another location when I lived in Simi. I actually misinterpreted the map and was going down the street thinking that nameless shop was this place. Glad I found the right one. Found as good a price in store for what I was there for as I had been purchasing online. My usual trade off is better online price but having to wait. So getting as good a deal in store and being able to walk out with the items is rad. Will definitely be back.
