  ⚫️ I''ve been a customer of Thousand Oaks Tobacco for many years, and I''ve always been impressed with the exceptional customer service. The general manager, Maurice, is always friendly and helpful, and he knows his products inside and out. He''s always happy to answer my questions and help me find the right product for my needs. 🔺I recently visited the Moorpark location, which is managed by Maurice''s brother, and I had the same great experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they were happy to help me find what I was looking for. 🔺I highly recommend Thousand Oaks Tobacco to anyone in the area. They have a great selection of products, and the customer service is second to none. 🔺If you''re ever in Moorpark, be sure to check out Maurice''s brother''s smoke shop, Moorpark Smoke Shop. They have a great selection of products, and the customer service is just as good as at Thousand Oaks Tobacco. ⚫️ Here are some specific examples of the great customer service I''ve received at Thousand Oaks Tobacco: 🔺 I once went in looking for a specific type of cigar, and Maurice didn''t have it in stock. But he went out of his way to order it for me, and it was waiting for me when I came back the next day. 🔺I was once having trouble with my vape pen, and Maurice took the time to show me how to fix it. He even gave me some free juice to help me out. 🔺I''m always getting recommendations from Maurice for new products to try. He''s always up-to-date on the latest trends, and he knows what''s good.   The owner Maurice is the nicest, coolest, person you will ever meet. Sounds unbelievable but he is good people. Spend time here and you''ll see why for yourself.
