I have nothing but good things to say about this shop. The people here are friendly, knowledgeable, and the store is kept clean and well stocked. The manager Cameron is always extremely helpful and willing to listen if you''re having a bad day or have specific issues and need help finding the right product. If you''re in the area I highly recommend checking it out!
DO NOT BUY VAPES FROM THIS STORE! I''ve been a regular customer here until today. Every time you buy a vape here they warn you to keep the packaging in case it doesn''t work (meaning they KNOW that a large amount of the Chinese product they sell is defective). Sure enough I get home and my new vape didn''t work. Brought it back in and they would not even EXCHANGE it because I bought it more than 2 days ago. So they have lost a long time customer over $20.99 because they refuse to exchange their defective merchandise unless you realize it is broken within the 48 hour window. Good luck if you shop here... be sure you open your vape immediately and test it before going home and waiting 3-4 days like I did... because they won''t do a thing to help you.
I never review anything, but I started coming here when my job was moved and I cannot tell you how helpful all the staff is, Cameron is awesome and I have never had a bad experience here. Someone give these folks a raise, they deserve it.
Wild bills has now had my bank account and credit card charged 6 Separate times fraudulently over the last week. This has wrecked my ability to use my bank account and I had to cancel my card. They got defensive on the phone about it and I''m losing my patience. Over 500$ in charges and overdrafts from their mistake! And I''m supposed to just deal with it! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM THIS IS HAPPENING TO LOTS OF PEOPLE!

I absolutely this location! I’ve been a customer for almost 3 years and I’ve never once been disappointed in my service. Cameron is one of the most genuine, knowledgeable and kind people to work with and it shows! The entire staff is fantastic and so helpful. I’ve said before that it feels like I’m waking into my friends house going there, because they are so welcoming! I never feel stupid or intimidated asking questions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!
