  Select Smoke shop is hands down the best Smoke Shop in the world! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, and they have a huge selection of products at great prices. I always find what I''m looking for there. If you''re looking for a great smoke shop, this is the place to go!

  Definitely the worst smoke shop in Ann Arbor, will forever be a customer at wild side or bongs n thongs. Got these raw “creaseless” papers from select smoke shop, the adhesive unfortunately completely curled over making them unusable, came back the next day to see if they could exchange them for some others or get my money back for the obvious failure to preserve their product and the owner told me he can’t do anything for me… keep your $4 I’ll go spend more money other places Ps. The 2 dude that worked in the morning are good workers though (I suggest they find a better job though)

  Don''t go here. Tonight was my first time stopping here. Bought a breeze pro. I always try them before leaving in case they don''t work or quality is not good. Tried this one and it tasted awful. It''s a flavor I always get so I know how it should be. Store associate pointed to their no refund/exchange sign. I looked up on Breeze Pro''s website ways to verify their products. It said official one''s have an expiration date by the bar code. Mine did not. I went back in and asked to see a different one. It had the expiration date on it. I showed them all this. They still refused to do an exchange. They called the store manager and she refused to do an exchange too. Store employee treated me like I was a nuisance. I asked if I could leave my contact information for the owner and she said he wouldn''t want to talk to me. Owner doesn''t value or respect patrons I guess? Sorry I don''t like buying something that I just have to throw in the trash. Sure they saved a buck but I surely won''t be spending my money here ever again.

  Yep. You guys know exactly why this review is coming. Bad experience. Called and asked if they had a specific pack of herbal cigarettes, the guy told me he did. Then I specifically asked for the brand and the type of cigarette and color of the box. Yep said they had it. Get down there, of course they have no clue what I’m talking about. Thanks for wasting my time and gas with that trash customer service. How hard was it to google a pic of what I was talking about, look on your shelf and see if you had it? What were y’all smoking?!

  There''s this younger lady there who is absolutely awesome but the two service reps on 12/14 @5pm are pretty poor with customer service & listening. Want to fight about things they have no real knowledge of. If they say they have true thc products, they are lying through their teeth. You can''t sell real cannabis products unless they go through metrc and then you have to have a license in order to sell real thc products aka licensed dispensaries. Don''t let them fool you that they sell thc products, it''s synthetic. Won''t spend another dime due to their lack of service and the fact they wanted to fight. Ridiculous. By far the worst smoke shop in Ann Arbor. You look at the reviews about the owner and that should speak enough on itself. Can''t reimburse others on a pack of $4 papers that were nasty. Greedy, this place won''t survive Ann Arbor.
