So far my experience has not been so great. I brought in a device that I seemed to be having trouble with right off the bat. Reluctantly they exchanged it....with an already open and played with device that they had on display. Shortly after using it a couple times, It no longer "hit" I got an error message saying "check automizer" every time I hit the fire button (I think that''s what it''s called" I called in right away, and the woman who exchanged the device, said since she already exchanged it, she couldn''t do it again, but i could stop in on Monday, and talk to her boss. I mentioned the fact that she exchanged mine with an already opened and handled device, and she justsaid "oooh, yeaaa" and repeated that I could come in on monday....update...I went in this morning, and spoke with the manager. I learned a couple things about certain devices, and was given the option to choose a new device based on my preferences. I was happy that she took the time to listen, and talk to me about different options.
Crew is Always friendly and helpful. I visit every Saturday to purchase my items and enjoy my experience every time
This is a wonderful place to shop for vapes cigars and cigarettes Nancy and her crew are AMAZING I love shopping here I wouldn''t shop anywhere else I honestly love this place and could stay for hours ❤️
I walked in expecting a typical headshop but was extremely pleasantly surprised by the well stocked and cared for humidor. Great selection of quality cigars for very decent prices, including some rarer finds. They have my business moving forward for sure!

Very good walk-in humidor with a large selection and variety of cigars. I''m from out of town. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. They even cut my cigars for me (no charge) as I forgot to bring my cutter. Excellent service.
