So the new shop is ok. Despite not having alot. Borrowing from other stores just to keep some what stocked. Idk if the main people that own joost. Have to chip in their money to actually have a full store of product or what? I will always love and go to joost. But it''s truly sad seeing the look on customers faces when the person has to tell them. There product isn''t in. Or have no idea when the product will be back in stock. Do better the powers that be!
This place has always been amazing! The person who work there. Autumn. She is the nicest and knowledgeable person. You got a question. She has the answer. Always puts a smile on my face when I need my juice! Always professional! Hands down best service I have ever got!
Generally a good experience. I''m really not a fan of the manager there, he''s quite pushy and rude. I bought a couple RDAs there, and I regret buying the ones they recommended. That manager is gone! The employees that I talk with in the shop are always very friendly and not pushy at all. Bumped up to 5 stars :)
When I went there I had very good service they help me with what I needed, Also they help me pick a Good but affordable Tank for my vape!
I had the BEST customer service experience ever, went in for 1 thing and left with 12! Autumn is so educated on the products they sell and the flavors, she’s so humble and sweet! I most definitely will be shopping there more often!
