UPDATE SINCE YOUR RESPONSE…. I’ve seen you guys not card a 17 year old even with your signs posted everywhere you still don’t card!!!! I get not accepting the product if I left the store and came back and it wasn’t hitting but I hit the vape INFRONT OF OWNER IN STORE… ALSO IVE BEEN SMOKING MY SAME STYLE OF VAPE FOR 3 YEARSSSS I know how it smokes not that I didn’t like the product!!! YALL SELL FAKES!!! If I could give this smoke shop ZERO STARS I WOULD they sell fake vapes and don’t let you return them if they don’t hit right even if you didn’t exit the store and smoke it infront of the owner. I also witnessed them sell to minors

Iv been going here for the last year. Good prices. I would buy between 2-3 vapes a week. Today bought one and it''s valve locked 40 minutes after I bought it keeping it always on frying the cool and the juice. I tried to see if I could exchange it. They said no they will get fired. I''ll spend my 60 bucks a week somewhere else. Also contacting my credit card company to charge back, loyalty to the customers vs profits. - I see the owner responded, It doesnt help that the product was defective and the valves on these fail. I have only had them fail after a few thousand puffs, this was within the first 20-30. At the store it worked but as soon as I got home it locked wide open burning up. I have spent a lot of money at your store, profit over customers and this shows you dont need my money or return customers. I asked to get a replacement even though I just purchased it and the charge was still pending.
Prices on Delta 8 products are competitive, but the range is smaller than I''d like. Also, the gentleman I dealt with clearly knew little about the products and couldn''t provide me much guidance as a result. Still, if you know what you want, it''s a good spot to check out... They just probably won''t have your preferred brand of Delta 8 products.

I usually buy in this store for an entire year. Now they sell bad products to me . Bad functionality and they don''t want to change it I came the next day and the say No. So you lose one client. Up smoke is my favorite now
