My experience will always come down to product and customer service I’ll give this shop 5/5. The product is fire and customer service amazing.
Worst smoke shop I’ve ever been too I went there earlier today bought a vape they recommended and it sucked also they don’t have variation of things like all the other shops in Kissimmee highly don’t recommend.

My first initial visit was ok, which is why I give it two stars. But, today I placed an order at 12 pm this afternoon and was told a 30 min wait. After 3 hrs of little to no communication I was informed I had to wait another hour for a delivery. I called and texted numerous times just to be ignored. I was told I would receive "bonus" products for my wait. As I am writing this review I have yet to receive any communication on my order. The store clerk on the afternoon shift also informed me that she had no information given to her on my order. Good thing I didn''t pay first. What sucks even more is that i have no other options at this point and I felt my order wasn''t prioritized because of the amount I was purchasing. Which should''ve been addressed at the time of my order being placed. This is very frustrating not being treated as a customer. And please don''t respond with empty apologies or excuses, and I wasted 6 hrs of my time, just not to receive anything. Not even a call back.
