I spent $20 on a vape here. Took it home, didn''t work. I called to ask what to do - the guy laughed, said sorry about my luck, and told me to Google for the support number and that there''s nothing I can do. He didn''t ID me or ask me to try the product before or after purchase. Also, how dumb is it that you have to test the products you purchase for quality? This place is a scam, it''s overpriced, the products are old expired and broken, and they are actively tricking people into buying them knowing that they won''t replace or refund them. This IS NOT an Amarillo local company it is a conglomerate that sales bad products and rips off communities. Do not shop here. Go to Bang Bang instead.
Buyer beware - you have to triple check EVERY item you purchase here. They offload their broken and expired vapes on unsuspecting customers at full price then refuse to fix it when the vape doesn''t work. It''s literally a mystery box - pay $20+, maybe the vape works maybe it doesn''t. It''d be fun if it wasn''t so expensive. And the staff here are animals. They don''t care about you and are excited to rip you off for their corporate masters. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Buy local instead.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! Not only did they steal my debit card information but they refuse to refund me back, causing me to go to the bank to receive the money back. Also to the little guy with the fake teeth, glasses, and always wears the same beanie: absolutely terrible costumer service (he''s the one that stole the debit card info). So if you don''t want your information stolen or get a bad deal, I suggest staying away from this establishment.
Sold me an item that wouldn''t fit my tank. I never left the store and they wouldn''t return it. I never left the store. In fact, I never moved from in front of the register and she told me it would fit my tank. Attempt to put on and nope! It did not fit and she put it in the box and said here this is yours anyways. Rude!
These people are horrible. Rude as hell, you feel bad walking in here. And the products don''t work, there''s no exchange or refund policy, and if you complain you get laughed at. If you spend money here you won''t know if you are buying actual products or fake chunks of plastic that don''t work and they won''t replace refund or be accountable for their garbage. If you want to overpay and gamble on your products, buy here. Otherwise go to a real place that isn''t working to rip the local community off.
