  I spent $20 on a vape at another location. Took it home, didn''t work. I called to ask what to do - the guy laughed, said sorry about my luck, and told me to Google for the support number and that there''s nothing I can do. He didn''t ID me or ask me to try the product before or after purchase. Also, how dumb is it that you have to test the products you purchase for quality? This place is a scam, it''s overpriced, the products are old expired and broken, and they are actively tricking people into buying them knowing that they won''t replace or refund them. This IS NOT an Amarillo local company it is a conglomerate that sales bad products and rips off communities. Do not shop here. Go to Bang Bang instead.

  The guy in here was so rude, he hung up on us, and they stole my drivers license. I would not support this business or trust it. Thieves and rude rude employees. No customer service skill. I would drive down the street to a different one before supporting them. This was the one on 45th avenue in Amarillo

  We went to get a boot for a battery and look at some glasses for our vapes and also filters and the guy was rude wouldn’t show me any glasses that go on the tanks and acted like we was going to still something I will not be back

  Honesty had an overall good experience but left with a bad taste about the business practices. The lady working was very friendly and I was just killing time while my wife was getting her nails done next door, ended up seeing a small clearance section and a hellbeast rda for $15. I decided to go for it and also picked up a bottle of pacha e liquid but when I got to the register the rda was ringing up for $25. And apparently there’s nothing anyone can do to honor the price they’re advertising. She said the price probably went up and the sign didn’t get updated. Not a large amount of money, but left me feeling unease about the business as a whole so probably won’t be back.

  This use to be a 5 star place. They had a point system to get things discounted. If they bring that back I will keep coming here. If not I will order on line and get it cheaper every time. I only came here to support a local store. I spend 150 at this store a month, I don''t understand why they punished the customers. I am also a veteran''s wife and they took the vet discount away as well. They need to bring one back at least. Change something in the store or the workers but don''t punish the customers for something they did not do.
