  After being a loyal customer for years I had a horrible experience from Cameron. Bought a vape and tried it in store like always (I never leave without trying ) but this vape burned my throat and tasted burnt . I asked the guy there to please swap it out and he refused .Then he asked me to blow the smoke to him so he could smell it (like why would I lie!) I asked him to please call a manager and he refused saying he knew what the manager would say anyways . He was rude to me and said if he swapped it the money could come out of his check so he wouldn’t . TERRIBLE EMPLOYEE SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE . !!!!!!!!!!!!!will never spend a dime here again !

  Bought a product here... Went back 15 mins later and they wouldn''t take it back, there emplyee even saw the defect.... Don''t recommend this place for that reason

  This place is really nice and clean with a lot of room to conveniently check out the whole store. I ended up buying The Bee Keeper, price and quality is on point and this device is doing what it''s made for. The staff there are always cool and we''ll help you look for what you''re in need of. Cool Store

  Manager with the tattoos on his neck verry incapable. Unable to do anything but stand there and play on his switch when customers are in the store. He didn’t know anything about his store, verry unknowable, rude and doesn’t deserve a job higher then McDonald’s. Verry sad someone would hire this clown. I will be notifying all my smoking not to come here again

  I had purchased a water pipe from here earlier today & took it home to do a water test. On the receipt it said no refund on glass and all sales were final. I spoke with Makayla & she recommended to go into the store again & ask to speak with the owner about a exchange. Since the piece was not used and seemed to have a malfunction I called & spoke with Chris who’s an employee who seemed pretty set on the rule for good reasoning but was willing to give the owner a call for me & see what he could do. I am very pleased with my experience & was able to get the water pipe I now love and actually had my sister purchase one for herself as well. This place has a great owner & a very friendly understanding staff. I will no question be returning & look forward to many more purchases to come. Thank you Makayla, Chris & Harry for being such a helpful staff.
