I stopped in earlier to get an elf bar and was sold a defective vape. I went back immediately and was told that it''s fine, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS CLEARLY DEFECTIVE! Not a great experience, wouldn''t recommend. Funny how the owner would rather respond to a review of his pathetic store rather than just sell good products or just exchange a faulty one lol trash place.
Never going back to this shop. I told the salesman at this shop I wanted a cranberry lemonade vape, and asked if I could try it. He said no, but I purchased the vape anyway. He said once I purchased that I could try it in the store. Once I did I realized I just bought a blueberry lemonade vape, and tried to return it for the cranberry. He said that I told him blueberry, and that I already opened and vapes so I couldn’t exchange it. I told him it was a miscommunication, and that he misheard me. He argued with me and told me I in fact told him blueberry, while even the person I was on the phone with told me I should get cranberry like I said. There was no need to argue with me after I already told him it was just a miscommunication. He didn’t apologize or let me return the vape.

They have some really nice products. Easy to find whatever you’re looking for and it smelt good when I walked in!!!

This place looks beautiful but costumer service is not up to part. When I asked for my product, he just picked on off the shelf. Didn''t have me verify the product to make sure it was to my liking or inform me of their final sales notice. Even with signs, it''s common courtesy to remind your costumers and make sure they are satisfied with product. Not only did I not get a choice, or chance to review it, this product is damaged. I will be contacting my bank to charge back this item. I should not have to keep a damaged item. No matter what your policy is. I came all the way back to be denied even tho I just bought it today. If you''re policy is so strict your costumer service should be better.
