I went in there the other day and spent over $100. One of the items I bought was this $40 Tazer. It seemed to work fine inside the store, so I bought it. Well after the battery died, which was right away, I plugged it into the detachable charger that came with it. After that it stopped working completely. I took it back the very next day and they refused to give me refund or an exchange. Instead, the guy told me he''d give me $3 off of any glass pipe. I''m still in shock. I know their receipt clearly states no refunds but come on, I WAS a good customer. I think they could have been more flexible with my situation. If they would have, I would still be a loyal patron, but I''ll take my money somewhere else now on.

A few weeks ago I bought a four caliburn pods, when I opened the package there was two of the correct pods and two of an older version of the pod. I went in yesterday and told a worker what happened, and they very rudely told me that couldn’t of happened … then proceeded to asking me if the package was unopened or opened when I bought it. why would it be unopened?
I always come here to purchase the same vape (Miami mint elf bar) today I went in to purchase a vape and the man working the store told me to try the vape before I left, I did as I usually do and it tasted burnt.. I asked if I could exchange it (I would be given back the defective one and not left with both) he took the vape I had just purchased from my hand and put it to his own mouth to hit it and disagreed saying it’s not burnt or defective which was fine.. only issue now is that he had put the vape I had just purchased onto his mouth so I asked if I could just exchange because I didn’t want to walk out with a vape he had used. He also denied that. I’m a little weirded out because the thing was definitely burnt I also don’t want to use a device a stranger has used so I feel like I’ve wasted my time and money. There’s other vape shops in uptown with better customer service.
