!!! FAKE ELF BAR VAPES !!! I got 2 today and there is a clear difference between the two of them. pictures attached. Lettering is different, charger opening is on opposite side, even the open sticker is a different font. And before you say they changed the packaging they changed it to a logo I''ve had the newer ones THIS is not that. The strawberry watermelon one is the fake if you can''t tell the difference!
No longer serving customers in Minnesota or anywhere outside their little bubble. I loved the products, but outside of their bubble people are being forced to pay 2-3 times as much because we aren''t lucky enough to live in the bubble. They are definitely going to go under. This is sad, but customers shouldn''t be losing everything they have paid and put into their products and lose that investment. Going elsewhere. Worst customer service ever as well. It takes days to even hear back. It''s not possible to talk to a person at anytime. Stay away from this company. It''s a waste of money to buy something they can''t continue to provide.
I like this smoke shop they always nice always have the things I need plus a great glass collection I get all my one hitters from here for my cannabis

I bought a small bong, and I liked how the piece that brings the smoke from the bowl down into the water was extremely close to the bottom. Unfortunately, it''s not just close to the bottom, it''s on the bottom because even without the bowl in it, the thing hits like an extremely clogged pipe. I paid $60 for a water pipe that DOES NOT WORK. I have never even heard of anyone ever having such a problem. I can''t believe I''m stuck with a defective bong. I drove the 23 miles back to the store at noon on Friday to see if they would do something about it and when I told the clerk why I was there, he knew who I was from my review and I was told to come back during the week when his boss would be around. Now I know that returns on items like a bong aren''t typically allowed, but this is a defective product. The only way I would have been able to tell that it didn''t work properly before I purchased it would have been to take pull on it, but touching a pipe to your mouth b4 you own it is not allowed, or even smart to do considering Covid-19 is still out there. Hopefully, when I drive back out for the second time, the owner will refund my money.
