  Had a request for multiple cartons of a not very popular brand of cigarettes. Although there were only a few individual packs at the store, the owner went out of his way to check his sources and find 4 cartons for me. Took my number and called when he had them. He went way above and beyond for a new customer. I was more than grateful for the extra effort and will now shop their exclusively!!
