I come here because they’re open 24/7, the customer service is always great and the workers are also helpful and nice. Love (the employee) waited on me today, he always answers any questions or concerns I have with the products and is always friendly and in a “happy” mood always smiling. Will keep coming back because the employees make you feel comfortable and aren’t rude or trying to rush you like some places do. ❤️
When purchasing a piece I had a great interaction buying and was able to get a good deal on a nice piece. Only hit three times and then woke up to a split tube. Went to return or exchange or something because I had the receipt on email and it had not even been a full week yet. Told cannot do a return for the piece either way, really disappointed in how customers are treated and the value in what we buy.
Had a bad experience with night shift one night (about 6-8 months before this review) decided to give it another try,was a different person this time and the experience was so much better Very nice and helpful Accidently got a delta cart instead of the disposables and the gentleman let me Exchange it with me paying the difference of course, prices are a tad bit higher than other places but that''s understandable with it being open 24/7
Main thing I don''t like about this store: If you just want to look around and browse while feeling comfortable don''t go here. The guy on night shift stares at you constantly while you look around, asking you questions even if you say "IM JUST HERE TO LOOK AROUND". Personally if I need help locating a product I will ask. Otherwise I want to feel comfortable browsing for something to purchase. I''ve been here 5-6 times and it''s never different, it''s like dude expects me to run off with a glass display case or something 😂 Learn how your customers want to be treated... ESPECIALLY IF THEY COME IN AT 3-6am. I personally have only been here when I get off work and needed a vape. Aside from this the prices are eh. Convenience is the main thing you get.
